On the 5th March at the Huntingdon Masonic Centre, the Provincial Grand Master, Right Worshipful Brother Robert Andrew Stokes, attended the Installation of Brother Mark Howell as Worshipful Commander of Socrates Lodge RAM No. 794.
After an excellent installation ceremony by the Installing Commander, Worshipful Brother Ian McColl, the Provincial Grand Master unveiled a collection of Mark Benevolent Fund Steward lapel badges dating between 1946 to 1980 in honour of his visit. Presented in a display case, they had been recovered and collected by W.Bro. Howell and would be suitably displayed at the Huntingdon Centre.
In thanking Brother Mark, Right Worshipful Brother Stokes, said they would be a lasting legacy and reminder of the work Mark Master Masons give to the MBF and charity in general and would be an honour to the Province perpetually remembered in the Huntingdon Masonic Centre.
